I’m Alicia. Former Registered Nurse. Now a full-time caregiver for my mom.
I’ve lived the exhaustion of holding everything together. I’m the one in the family who keeps everything together. Everyone comes to me when there’s a conflict or fire burning. And I fix it. This is the same for my friends. Can you relate? Well, there’s a hidden danger in being that person.
