Healing your body image can be one of the most impactful things you can do for your emotional well-being and mental health. It starts by accepting yourself fully, the perfections and the imperfections. That’s easier said than done, I get it. For me, it’s been a journey. What’s helped is having a toolbox of resources to turn to when I need them, such as meditations and journaling prompts.
